Following are my key beliefs about education:
- The key to learning is a spirit that is not afraid of failure.
- Every child deserves to learn in a classroom where trial and error may be experienced without the fear of humiliation.
- Children are born with a glimmering spark of curiosity that can be encouraged or extinguished.
- Encouragement is like the rain from heaven; with it we flourish, but without it we wither and die.
